In home lactation consult options available with 45 mins of Canton, GA 30114.
In-network insurance options: United Healthcare, Tricare, Aetna. All others will be given a superbill upon request to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. Other in-network options coming soon!
The Lactation Network (TLN): In-network options for TLN include Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, VA, OptumEast, Premera, Regence, UMR, Oxford, or a plan that includes MultiPlan/PNOA on your insurance card.
