IN NETWORK INSURANCE OPTIONS: United Healthcare, Tricare. Aetna.
Cigna: Through Wildflower health, Cigna will cover some lactation appointments. Please fill out your information here. Every in-home visit will be assessed a travel fee, $80 for the initial in-home visit and $40 for all other in-home visits. You may book an office visit with no fees.
BCBS: unfortunately in GA, they will not credential me as an RN/IBCLC. While I am not in-network, that does not mean that you do not have lactation benefits. You would be considered a self pay client and I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Submit insurance information above!
*If you have Tricare, there will be a $40 travel fee applied for each consult.

- 2 hour group class to help prepare you for your breastfeeding journey.
- We will go over latching, positions, milk supply, how to know your baby is getting enough, pumping and bottle feeding, hand expression, and more.
- Hands on practice, bring your spouse/significant other with you.
- Optional: measure your flange size (in person only)
- In-person class offered monthly in Canton, GA.
- Virtual class option offered monthly!
- Small class sizes for both class option!
Price: In-person-$150, Virtual-$120

- In-home lactation consult, plan for our initial consult to last 90 minutes. Follow up consults are 60 minutes.
- We will discuss labor and delivery, breastfeeding goals, latching and positions, pumping, etc. We will measure your flange size and assess pumping with different flanges.
- A weighted feed will be performed, where we will weigh your baby before a feeding and weigh your baby between breasts, to get an average of how much breastmilk your baby is transferring.
- We will create a customized feeding plan for you and your baby.
- Text support included for 1 week related to this consult and feeding plan.
- *NOTE* due to limited availability, babies 2 weeks of age or less will take priority for home visits. After 2 weeks of age, please book an office consult (see below). If you have questions or concerns, please send me a text at 770-580-2932.

- 1:1 office-based breastfeeding consult located in the Woodstock/Canton area at The Nest Midwifery office.
- Initial consult to last 90 minutes. Follow up consults are 60 minutes.

- We will discuss delivery of your baby, breastfeeding goals, concerns and other questions as well as latch and feeding assessment.
- We will design a feeding plan based on your specific needs and discuss anything else, including pumping, etc.
- Text support included for up to 1 week related to the care plan from your consult (postpartum lactation consults)
Virtual service areas include: where you have access to an internet connection and device to use Google Meet.
