Insurance Verification

Click the “insurance verification” button to submit your insurance information prior to booking a consult to see if your plan covers lactation visits.

In home lactation consult options available with 45 mins of Canton, GA 30114.

In-network insurance options: United Healthcare, Tricare, Aetna. All others will be given a superbill upon request to send to your insurance company for reimbursement.

*If you have Tricare, there will be a $40 travel fee applied for each consult.
